The Holistic AYM explores the principles of Ayurveda, Yoga and meditation in a holistic way. Modern scientific research is combined with one of the most fundamental principles of Ayurveda, the assessment of the constitution of the individual, on both physical and mental levels. At the same time, we refer to both Western and Eastern texts related to the study of Yoga and meditation, which are approached in a scientific way.
The knowledge of our own unique constitution (Prakrti) which includes our physical energies (Dosas: Vata, Pitta, Kapha) and mental energies (Gunas: Sattva, Rajas, Tamas) is taught with great accuracy by the science of Ayurveda. The application of this knowledge in our daily lives is supported by the practice of Yoga. Meditation, which is part of Yoga, helps to enable us to be in touch with our deeper nature.
